Shipping - Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within Hong Kong. For orders under $300, we charge $30 flat rate shipping for local delivery. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g., time etc.), you may contact the courier company for such arrangement. Please also understand that we may be able to pass your special request to the courier, but we may not be able to control how they fulfill such requests. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for P.O. boxes, restricted access areas, and, the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport).
Shipping- International Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.
In-store Pickup ( Tea Express Bar by Jrink @ K11 Art Mall)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Tea Express Bar by Jrink @ K11 Art Mall. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with details.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12-9pm Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my shipping order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you notice any item is missing from your order, please let us know by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will gladly get a replacement order out for you as soon as possible.
We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.
Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Find out more information by going to the PayPal web site at http://www.paypal.com.hk
When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.
Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.
After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our site, finalize or cancel the transaction, and view or download an invoice.
